Meet Our Researcher

Dr. Romero is a professor at the University of Utah teaching courses in materials characterization, pavement design, and sustainability. He researches deals with developing better practices and products in design, construction, and maintenance of infrastructure materials. He is the Director for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion at the College of Engineering.
