Project Objective

The objective will be to convert teaching materials to electronic format that will be suitable to transmission. The powerful web software "WEBCT" will provide remote students with teaching materials, tests, chat rooms and a variety of other innovations.

Project Abstract

The PI teaches an advanced course on Intelligent Transportation Systems with a rural emphasis. Currently, the course is delivered in a traditional "chalk and talk" format. The need is to develop the course so that it may be delivered across the TEL8 network.

The delivery of the first MPC/TEL8 graduate course in a "distance friendly" web format.
